There have been many races in past and many more in future. Not every race gets a place in motivational video. This is not about winning or loosing the race but more than that. DON’T GIVE UP!!
A Very Motivational video for future entrepreneurs
This is a very inspirational video for future entrepreneurs. Best thing I like about this video is that “number of days”are left before we die. Considering my age as 30 and 30 more years to go, there would be some 9000+ days left. Imagine if someone has Rs. 9000 and every day, it is decreasing by one rupee.. Wow.. really amazing push to do what you want to do…
Software Engineer Job
Why B.Tech./B.E./MCA/PGDCA and similar computer degree students are having tough time getting a software job?
A lot of students with B.Tech degree are not getting job these days. Very few students get jobs through campus placement. Rest forward their resume to friends and relatives. Mostly response is “there are no openings for fresher. Openings are only for experienced people. Still we will forward the resume to HR”. And HR does not respond.
They get to hear that Market is in recession and believe it. Also few of them doubt their luck as some of their friends have got jobs. Students and their families are worried as they have spent good amount of money and effort to get this B.Tech. Degree. So are there no jobs for fresher?
Truth is that there are so many jobs in the IT industry for which employers could not find suitable candidates. Yes that’s true.
Do you want to know the reason?
Reason is that most of the students are not having sufficient IT skills. Also students do not know
- What is missing?
- How to gain those skills?
- Multiple ways of applying for the jobs in corporate.
With right Skills and IT industry knowledge, one can aim for not-just-any-job but “high-paying-job”.

Why students find Mathematics difficult and hard to learn
Answers questions like
- What makes Mathematics hard to learn
- Why do some people find math difficult
- Hate Mathematics
- Students who are thinking to leave maths in 11th standard
Mathematics is to Understand. Students, who could not understand it, try to cram it which is not possible. Hence they are not able to get good marks. But with little help one can easily understand it. Also it is required for future courses so should not be left. It is not just a subject but foundation for building analytical skill required in life.

How to Choose a Career
Most of us are not clear that what we actually want to do or what we should do.
This confusion is result of many things:
1. The way we study subject in school/college, it is just like moving ahead blind folded. At that time we don’t spend much time with us to know our skill and develop them which can easily turn into career for us by the time we finish graduation. To understand it more, refer http://iadhyan.com/detailed-analysis-of-problems-in-school-education-system-hindi
2. Our decision making is not developed: Finding answer to these queries is not that easy. There can not be a single answer to any question. Because besides choosing the path, what matters more is your preference and how you travel that path. Every career option in world is good for people have done exceptional in that field. Refer http://iadhyan.com/muhammad-yunus-founder-of-grameen-bank/
3. No body Else can answer this question: People can guide you, suggest you or give their preference. But that should come only if you have shown your interest. I have seen that students going to ask senior people about career choice and their first question to students is “what is your interest”. Just imagine can anyone suggest me, should I eat “Pizza, Dosa, Chapati or Chinese?”. Obvious answer would be “what I find interesting”. If a meal choice depends on my preference. How can some give me career advice. Refer http://iadhyan.com/life-changing-seminar-by-sandeep-maheshwari-founder-of-imagebazaar-com/
4. Answer lies in our subconscious mind: People can only help anyone on specific questions. But person need to frame some questions first. We have something in our subconscious mind but we are not able to see it. Refer http://iadhyan.com/live-coaching-with-life-coach-betska-k-burr/
5. We don’t know our Strength and Weaknesses. Everyone has some strength and some weakness. With that knowledge and awareness it become easy to choose the right career. MBTI personality type is one such good test to reveal our personality type. There are more test by this is the one which I personally liked very much. http://iadhyan.com/personality-assessment-by-myers-briggs-personality-type-mbti/
6. This is not a one time decision but an on going thing: People switch their career as they move ahead in life. So it is never to late to understand our preference better and choose the right career. Refer http://iadhyan.com/i-have-a-dream-is-a-good-book-for-social-entreprenure/
What to do now
Start writing your thoughts: This is the best tool that I have come across. Try to make pictures of your thoughts as much a possible. When we write we get to understand our thoughts better. We can see what is actually there in our mind. Keep writing for few days or weeks. When you read it again, it would be clear that where your thoughts are going.
Personality Assessment by Myers Briggs Personality Type (MBTI)
Our current Education teaches us to explore the external world but we don’t spend much time exploring our-self. Although Indian ancient Education system had such subject but they are not explored much now.
By knowing our-self better we can take better decisions in life. We can use our strength and work on to improve on our weaknesses.
There are many personality assessment tools. Among them Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one such tool which captures very good information about us.
Depending on a questionnaire and interaction, people are give one of sixteen personality type.
I am sure all INFP would just love this test as this is the first time, there is something which can understand them better. http://www.personalitypage.com/INFP.html

Signs of Trigonometry Functions in Quadrants
I have seen students cramming the signs of Trigonometry Functions ( sinϴ, cosϴ, tanϴ, cosecϴ, secϴ, cotϴ) in four Quadrants. Very few students know the concept behind it. But Adhyan Innovative Learning always promote conceptual knowledge hence below mentioned is the concept behind signs.
Above shown is a Unit Circle means a simple circle with Radius=1 , 1 can have any measuring unit (mm,cm,m etc). AC is radius and BC is a perpendicular drawn from point C on a simple line passing from the center of the circle. Let us call this line as x axis and a line perpendicular to x axis called as y axis.
We see a triangle is formed where AC is the Hypotenuse, BC is the Perpendicular and AB is the Base. Let us call the angle between AC and AB as ϴ.
Now By Definition,
sinϴ = Perpendicular/Hypotenuse
= BC/AC
As this is a Unit Circle which means AC=1 thus
sinϴ = BC
Now If we understand what is BC it is actually Projection of AC on y axis which implies Sinϴ is Projection of AC on y axis
Hey we just understood what is Sinϴ.. that’s so easy ..
Similarly
cosϴ =Base/Hypotenuse
=AB/AC
As this is a Unit Circle which means AC=1 thus
cosϴ =AB
And AB is nothing but Projection of AC on x axis which implies Cosϴ is Projection of AC on x axis.
Signs of Sinϴ,Cosϴ in the 4 Quadrants
As we understood above Sinϴ is Projection of AC on y axis and Cosϴ is Projection of AC on x axis
- In Quadrant 1 (Filled in Green) both y and x are positive and thus Sinϴ, Cosϴ both have positive values.
- In Quadrant 2 (Filled in Yellow) y is positive thus Sinϴ is positive, but x is negative so Cosϴ has negative value.
- In Quadrant 3 (Filled in Orange) both y and x are negative and thus Sinϴ, Cosϴ both have negative values.
- In Quadrant 4 (Filled in Blue) y is negative and thus Sinϴ is negative and x is positive so Cosϴ has positive value.
Now we can easily calculate signs of tanϴ, cotϴ, cosecϴ, secϴ..

Rajiv Dixit: “Azadi Bachao Andolan” and “Bharat Swabhiman Andolan”
Rajiv Ji is inspiration for many. I am amazed to see the kind of work he has done in short span. Knowledge that he had about different things is just AMAZING. He has been an exception orator. I consider his death as greatest loss to India. With his guidance that could have been done in couple of years would take decades now.
To know about his life and work, there are many references which can be found on internet easily.
